Tribute to Rich Loveland and his CN & CPR in the Thompson River Canyon (MRP 2011)

I've posted photos and a tribute to Rich Loveland, whose unique CN and CPR in the Thompson River Canyon layout appeared in Model Railroad Planning 2011. Rich died earlier this year; before he passed away, he sent me some new photos of his great model railroad for my blog.

You can find the post at http://cprailmmsub.blogspot.ca/2012/12/great-canadian-model-railroad-rich.html

I remember the article in MRP well. The article and layout were very inspiring.

I feel that article in GMR was the outstanding article in that issue.  Loved the idea and the execution.  Sorry to hear of Mr. Loveland's passing!
