Lunchtime in ol´ Germany! Chloe, I´ll have a club sandwich and a RBF, please. Folks, this is a weird day! A guy, whom I haven´t seen for ages, called early this morning, announcing his visit, as he was just passing by our place. Years back, we were business partners, on very friendly terms, but not really close friends. He remembered I was into trains and he just wanted to pass on a few things he had no use for. This is what he brought along: <img src="http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/SirMadig/P1020330.jpg" style="max-width: 550px;" border="0" /> It is a complete Marklin Z scale layout, accompanied by a box containing three power packs, 7 locos, and about 50 + cars. To say the least, I was flabbergasted. It is a $ 2,500 value, if not more. All the stuff is in mint condition, all stock with its original box. But were to put it? What to do with it. I´d like to sell it, but don´t think I should do it. It is a personal gift. I will get it up and running - maybe I´ll get an idea in the meantime. The missing piece of track has also arrived, so coming weekend will be MRRing time! Have a good one!
