Good Afternoon Folks,

I have not been able to visit the Diner the last few days. My Mom´s condition turned worse and she needed to undergo an emergency surgery to save her life. We had a pretty tough time, but now she´s back "on track".

I will have to stay quite a few more days with my father. I sometimes remember that I have a brother, but he prefers to go to Spain on a holiday instead of taking care for his dad - sorry for having to say, this but he is an arrogant PITA.

Why do I feel so tired?

Folks, I have seen some pretty pictures in here.

Jeff - I always love to see pictures of those little scenes on your layout. They are a great inspiration for me - and also a push in the back to work on my own layout, once I am back.

Curt - those PRR pictures are just great - you must have an awesome collection! PRR steamers are still my favourite (if I could ever afford to buy one, in HO scale).

Todd - happens to me all the time! There are times when I spend hours looking for something which is right before my eyes [(-D] It´s the age, not the mileage!

Ray - Ta´Keisha must be an extraordinary young lady, of which you don´t see many nowadays. Aren´t you proud of having contributed to turning her into the person she is?

Simon - [#welcome] Those Brits built impressive steamers. I like their sleek look, which is so different from the looks of German steamers, with all their pipes and valves adorning the boiler. Keep those pics coming...

Garry - now that´s an awesome picture of an E 5! Actually, one of my favourite Diesels! I am not so fond of the GP´s and SD´s with their utilitarian look...

Rob - [tup] for the progress on clearing up the damage.

Well, supper time is coming up and I need to prepare some food for my hungry (and a little grouchy) dad. I hope y´ all are having a good one.

Blessings!
