1.) The pdf file is a read only file, can not be edit.

2.) Yes the file can be printed but not at 252.6 percent, either 252 or 253 percent. Not a big issue.

3.) One need a password to bring up the document in an apps other than the Adobe Reader.

4.) It states on the document the following:

This material may not be reproduced in any form without permission from the publisher.

www.modelrailroader.com

Neil I hope you read this posting because I do not believe you can call this document Total Access.

At the very bottom of the page is a field of blue with links. At the bottom of the far left column is a "contact us" button. You MIGHT get more satisfaction there by contacting them.

Naturally, MR is going to want to copywrite anything they publish for their protection. That is the nature of the printing/magazine/book business.

It appears to me that the on-line plan is the same as the one in the magazine.  Why not just copy the magazine plan in whatever format you want and enlarge/edit as much as you want?
