Track Plan Contest - Locomtive Service Terminal Source

Where can I find the rest of this? ? ? I see it all the time in the MRR newsletter as part of the Track Plan Contest advertisement. I like what I see but it's an Easter egg hunt trying to find this in the Track Plan Database.

Any help would be appreciated.
