Fergmiester, <br />I think alot of the not terrorisg the mate so much now days is that the captains are getting older and mellower. Mostly I think it's just that they are so overworked that they don't have enough energy left to waste on messing with anyone. I know that is my excuse! Short crews, twice the work, 18 to 20 hour days, 7 days aweek, 30 to 90 days at a time, tends to wear you out.
