Good Morning,

I managed to get some three hours of sleep last - not enough! I woke up with my ribs hurting like mad. I guess one of them is not only cracked any longer [:'(]

Zoe, I need my coffee in a IV bag, please!

Ray - I am worried about these spells. I´ll have that checked up in January, as that is the earliest date I could make an appointment to have the docs make a ct.

John - the character I use for my avatar comes from a children´s TV series of the 1970´s, which was very popular, not only among children. It is called an "Urmel" - the missing link between man and dinosaur. Despite its rather odd look, Urmel (the last of its kind) has a charming character and has won the hearts of quite a few generations of children and their parents.

Ken - at the risk of being yelled at, I have a little difficulty finding out what the purpose of this layout is, other than watching trains run. There is a lot of track which you won´t be using and it will be more than challenging to adapt the scenery. Some of the curves appear to be a lot sharper than your 32" minimum requirement. Unfortunately, building a layout does not (or cannot) follow the way Mother Nature has done it with putting scenery in first and than lay the track, but it is always a good idea to plan a layout with scenery in mind. Sorry for being so persistent in that respect

[B)] - ouch! Thank you, Vinnie for reminding me to be nice in this place.

I have reworked Pascal´s plan, so it now fits in to his locale. The plan has lost some of its elegance, but still is an improvement over his original idea.

I have posted some pictures of his layout in this week´s WPF, but here is one for those who don´t visit that thread:

Blessings to all of you and [angel] to those in need.
