Do any of you do this, & if so, do you bring a little sign or something so folks know what it is all about? Do you just display it, or have some sort of schpiel you give?
Just wondering if anyone shows off their talents & promotes the hobby this way. I have not cuz I didn't learn about it until last year & am not working right now, maybe I just dust some of mine off & paint some!
Here are a few other Nov 19 holidays of note;
I have had a small diorama at my desk a work for a couple of months now, I rotate around the locos and rolling stock every couple of weeks, so I guess I have been out of the "box car" for a while
Sorry to rain on your parade, but if you take a train to work on November 19th, you'll be sitting by yourself, in an empty office, because the 19th is a Saturday.

Sorry, I didn't realize it was moved, I was using last years date. (although most of the jobs I have worked I have been there on any & every day of the week or holiday at times.)
Eric, glad they are safe at your work environment, I bet they enjoy seeing your models!
Edit: I would like to update my records, is it a specific day or a '3rd Friday in November' kind of thing?
Arent' they a little too big to fit in an office?

I've got a little diorama I tote around. I work in a recycled building materials store that sells lots of stuff conducive to model railroading, so it's a good reason to show off a little. Might sell some of those hollow core doors I've got littering the place!!
