Doesn't CSX still have "heritage" units roaming the systems from the Chessie System and Family Line days? I just know that when it came to merging, CSX was very slow to repainting their units.
I suspect he means Heritage units like these ones I painted up for Microsoft Train Simulator years ago...

My little 4x10' HO layout may be small, and I may not have enough money to make it a masterpiece, but that doesn't make me any less of a modeler!
Yes, an excellent idea. Union Pacific's campaign has produced some extraordinary, beautiful units. SP 1996 certainly comes to mind.
Would be great to see CSX units in: SAL "Citrus" green and yellow, ACL purple and silver, SCL black "Bumblebee", L&N classic cream and blue, Chessie System's yellow and red "color splash" and the RF&P scheme.
