Heeellllloooooooo??? Anyone still here?
Now that summer's over and we're all back to school, maybe this place will come back to life...
Since I got back up here for the year, I've gotten a few things accomplished here and there. The lot at Kuiken Brothers Lumber has been paved (styrened) and is currently being painted and weathered. I got some more trees and have "planted" those. The Zephyr is hooked up and runs amazingly. The 3010 has been decoderized and has been programmed for operation, although I'm having difficulty changing the address.
Also, I managed to wreck 1201. Let's just say that a series of misfortunate events occurred and the unit decided to play Humpty Dumpty, suffered severe damage, and is beyond repair... We'll call it a grade crossing incident...
Tonight I placed a Walthers order. Three plastic pellet hoppers (Walthers Platinum Line) and a set of 50 Busch trees. Came out to be $100, everything on sale. I'm hoping to have it sometime this week, but it'll definitely be here by the weekend.
I THINK that's about it from me. As I get more accomplished (good luck, as my schedule seems to be filling up overflowing faster than I know it), I'll have some photos.
So, what have you guys been up to

Well even though school is back it still feels like summer here out on the West Coast.... Unfortunately school, unlike many modelers, means less time for me because of homework and football. However, I think I need to jump on that Walthers sale. Still loving those ExactRail ARMN reefers. Man those are nice. Also with the end of summer comes the begining of football!!!! GO IRISH!!!! Trains, football, homework, two amazing choices and one that gets in the way of both.......
I've been pretty dang busy! Two AP classes, national art honor society, work three days a week, weekends filled with homework and friends...but FINALLY I have a video update!
