Thanks Gordon [/quote] Gordon, The Walthers kit makes an excellent starting point, but there are several things you could add to make it really interesting. Back in the spring of 1998, the Railroad Industrial SIG toured a paper mill in northwestern PA during our annual meet. Jim Hediger was there and he wrote an excellent article in MR within the following year (sorry, I can't remember the exact issue, but if you email Jim he can tell you). We saw structures and machinery that Walthers doesn't even hint at, and these wouldn't take up too much space on your layout either.
