Whistling

I was wondering if any of you are having the same problem that I am with their printed stone, brick and block patterns.

I have had this program for some time now and didn't like it right off, so laid it aside.  I now have need of it and have been trying to get it to work for me but no matter what settings I put on the printer all of their patterns do not come up in a random print. They all have a repetitive print like flooring or wall paper.

Whats up with that ????????????????

Would appreciate your input.

I have found Evans Design Model Builder to be useful for some of my projects, but it has a number of limitations. Your problem is one of them.  I believe it is inherent in the way the textures were created.

Take a look at Clever Models products    http://clevermodels.squarespace.com/   .   Their textures are excellent.

I have been using Corel Paint Shop Pro (a Photo Shop type program, but less expensive) to modify Clever Models buildings to make my own designs.  Clever Models uses PDF format.

Paint Shop Pro can open PDF files and save them as jpg.

The  jpg files can be imported into Evans Design Model Builder

I tried to sell my two cents worth, but no one would give me a plug nickel for it.

I don't have a leg to stand on.

Model Builder has some issues with some printers. The first thing you should do is to do an update to the latest version. Open the program, and look for 'Check for Updates' under the help menu. If this does not correct your printer problem, use the Support/Report Issues on the Help menu and describe your problem. Be sure to include the model and manufacturer of you printer.
