I would not say, that I have a territorial attitude. My "train room in being" is a shared facility. The room acts as a guest room, my wife´s atelier, my office, ironing room - no chance to leave my markings [:D]I am not really a lone wolf - actually, the social aspect of our hobby is also quite important for me.  Nevertheless, it is good to have a place to retreat to, a place "where I am King" (pardon me for quoting you, Todd).
