Good Morning,

a sunny day today, with temperatures around 50 F, going up to 68 F early afternoon. I am just back from our "old" house, clearing the last bits out, that Petra wanted to keep - mainly garden stuff we will most likely not use again. Well, we still have that room in the attic, which once was supposed to turn into my train room. Seeing the house all vacant makes it hard to believe, that this was once our home. It is always like someone stabbing right into my heart. Our flat is still not my home yet, although Petra is trying to do her utmost to make it as "gemütlich" as she can. It is days like today, that make me feel helpless and depressed.

Hi Zoe, I´ll just have a coffee and sit down at the RC for while.

The postman did not bring my loco, but I expect it now any day to come. Should cheer me up a little. Before I can start to build my litlle "shunting" layout, I have to finish the room and get a new wardrobe, as Christian wants to have the one I now use. That is an extra expense I did not calculate with, but I can´t blame him. He is also moving into a new place and as it was his, he will get it. As a student, he has even less than we have.

The old ticker is acting up more and more, which adds to my worries. Will there be brighter days again?

Robby P. - I like the picture of your layout. Those streets just look fantastic. You are a man of many a talent!

Ray - was Bare Mountain a volcano, just like Mt. St. Helens? I am looking forward to seeing pictures of the replacement.

Todd - your progress is amazing!

Keith - that´s a lovely picture of your kitty!

Barry - come to think of it, how about posting some pics of your layout?

Well, I must be off - have a good day!

Btw, any news from Tom and Jim?
