Bureaucrats are the same (expletive, deleted) people all over the world. Especially those in health care. I have given up to ask the "Why" and Why not". Any other comment I´d give to this issue would earn me a ban from this forum. I hope you will be doing all right soon! You are in Petra´s and my [angel]</p><p>This morning, a distant friend of ours (friend is actually saying too much) called. We had not heard from him for about 3 years. After hearing what was going on at our end, he cancelled all his business appointments to take us out for lunch [dinner] We went to our favourite Greek restaurant - a treat we cannot afford any longer. Thought it was kind of nice of him to do. Yes, Janie - this is where this "lovely" aroma around me comes from... [:-^]</p><p>Not much MRR ing done, other than fine tuning my plan (getting that S-curve straightened out) and awaiting delivery of my first BR loco.
