This picture, while not particularly spectacular, highlights three aspects of the hobby where I made strides last year: Painting & decaling, making trees, and figuring out the new camera.

Very inspiring thread - I like all the photos posted here.
The bar is high up - let´s see whether I can meet the standard once I start on my layout!
Excellent photographs gentlemen. Lots of great work going on in 2010.
Since I have two layouts on the go at present I chose a favourite from each.

Bump!
I'd have to go with this shot. Not because it was a great shot but it is of my faded Dash-9 and that was the highlight of 2010 for me. 2011 is going to be a busy year for me and I don't know how much modeling I'm going to get done, but it also could be a great year if all pans out. Wish me luck! Here my photo:

Here is my favorite for the year. I took it during the taping of an operating session and now use it at the background image on my computer. I also use it as an avatar on some sites.

Gee,..... I saw your post, Ken, and thought I would be treated to one from you!
I am flattered, but that image is technically ineligible. It was taken in May of 2009. Jarrell, whose tweaking should be apparent to most of us by now, thought it was good, too, because it shows so much going on at the same time.
I really am flattered.....thank-you for the compliment.
