The Avatars are Back!!!

I just logged on and to my surprise I can see the avatars in the posts and even more importantly, mine is back!

 I hope everyone else, Sir Madog and Vernon to name a few, have their avatars straightened out as well. I'm assuming that MR IT got on the case, although I haven't received a reply back to my earlier email. None the less, I'm glad to see it straightened out.

Thank you to whomever got it figured out.

I don't think so as I just quickly looked over a few threads and some of the guys are still in the fog.  ( ouch )

Maybe they will find thier way out of the fog soon I hope. Yes

Wadda ya mean I'm old ? Just because I remember gasoline at 9 cents a gallon and those big coal burning steamers.

Well I think we found the solution to the avatar problem. I sent an email to MR about the problem I was having with the uploading of the avatar. They responded back with the following message;

" Thank you for contacting us.  We have adjusted your Model Railroader community profile accordingly for you to utilize the avatar options.    Please try again at your earliest convenience.  We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced and appreciate your continued interest!

If we may be of further assistance, please email customerservice@kalmbach.com, phone 800-533-6644 or fax 262-796-1615. Customers outside the U.S. and Canada may contact us at 262-796-8776, ext. 421. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Megan

It sounds as though there is a setting on MR IT's side that they have to set inorder to get the avatars to display/upload. If you are having a problem with the uploading of your avatar I would drop an email to MR.
