The last time I purchased an RPP CF7 it did not come with holes drilled, but that was several years ago and the molds may have been revised. Just looking at my RPP C30-7 and B23-7 models here on my desk, I don't think any of theses models come predrilled. I do seem to recall a drilling and handrail bending template is included in their shell kits, though. Good luck. <br /> <br />RC Harris
