Wire coils are...what? ATTN: Spoiler alert - 07/10 issue

You might have thought, "Gee, I thought I would have to explain what it is" as the reason for this post, but it's not. I noticed an omission in the 07/10 issue that I just got 2 days ago. The last paragraph in the Waybill 1 insert on page 43 was cut off in mid sentence.

Let it be known that this is not about MR bashing. I have been a loyal reader for many years and I love how it is evolving. Looking back in my boxes of back issues, it is very apparent what changes have occurred in the hobby and how MR has adapted to the times.

My question to the author (Mont Switzer if he is a member) or the staff of Model Railroader is, Could someone finish the paragraph and anything that might be after it.

It's Saturday and you might not get an answer.  Is there a contact number or website in the magazine that you can refer to other than here? I don't have a copy nearby to check.  Also you could try customer service to see the best way to get your info.

Towards the bottom of every page here in the forums is "Customer Service" link. Click on it and send them a message, and you should get a reply. THey may not be aware of it yet. ANd your post may not have caught their attention by it's title...something like "MR Mag 7/10 Issue Missing article section???" might have been a better title.

I have not yet checked out that issue thoroughly to see what you mention.

Hopefully they can resolve your angst.

After long and careful thought, they have convinced me. I have come to the conclusion that they are right. The aliens did it.

I would not use this number.  That might be for customer service, but all that they would do would be to forward your question to the editorial staff.

Instead, send an e-mail to mrmag@mrmag.com.  This is the editorial office e-mail address.  Put "July Issue Photo Caption Incomplete" in as the subject line.  In the body of the message reference the page and photo.

Let us know what the answer is so that we all know.

Maybe it was the sight of a rat that distracted the editor..
