Mondo [/quote] With all the different rolling stock manufacturers out there, one cannot over do the question about metal wheel sets. I have never heard or seen the name LBF posted. But I'm not up to speed. Regardless of your final selection try and determined the axle length and that the replacement ends have the same profile as the stock set with the same thread widths. When you say"solid metal" does that include the axle? IMs do. Let us know if you do the LBFs
