Was the Turtle Creek Central 4x8 modeled in the real Turtle Creek in South West Pennsylvania, which is near a conrail line, by the coal mines?

i have to change the lay out a little bit because Icould not get a45dagree crossing i have to use a 60 dagree crossing

I know that the "Turtle Creek Valley" or something like that is in southwestern Pennsylvania. I'm not sure if it's the same though. I had the same question to.
