Modeling Mentorship

If I may suggest a new idea:

We seem to be getting some new blood on the forum these days, and the advice threads have been awsome.

I would suggest that we who have been in the hobby for a good many years should take on these new modelers as something of a mentorship role.

I think that any of the new modelers who would like more in-depth advice from a veteran they should post a request for a mentor listing the scale, type and interest of their pike. More seasoned modelers could then offer their knowing to them through e-mail or instant messaging.

So come on all of us who've been knee deep in it for a while, lets offer what we've learned to the next generation!
