"Radius is my friend"
Posted by TrainsRMe1 on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 10:14 PM

Okay, I have a question for anybody that knows, on the MRRder trackplans that I look at,in the radiuses there is a number for example 52'' or even in some yards or straight track areas I would see numbers like this for example: 47',' 50'' would this mean the reach across the railyard  or a section of that layout? and the size of the radius curve? this will be in Nscale.

That's all, I really should remember this, Banged Head

                         thanks guys & gals

It is elevation at that point they are referring to. The miniimum/maximum radius would be referred to in the reference table---mainline run and all that--
