Hey thanks guys for the welcome, I figured it out. You have to either desoder the headlight wire from the motor or cut it, then just spead the firebox and the lower boiler and smoke box slide forward and out. I cut the head light wire and will reattach with a male and female connector to make servicing easier next time. Anyone put a smoke unit in one of these? is it hard? Thanks Brian
