I'm sitting here working on the very some loco! Depending on the parts you need, your best source for parts will be to find a kit at a train show. If you need a motor, Alliance Locomotive has one that works. The web page is www.alliancelink.com/alp. I think it is the model #162 or #152, I can't remember. If you live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, I've seen a couple of Tyco Mikado kits selling for $60-$70! <br /> <br />Hope this help. <br />Terry
