What about "refurbished" locos? Anybody has experience? The manufacturers are honest in this topic?. Thanks.

BLI has refurbished locos on there web site that come with the full factory warranty. I have been considering ordering a couple. But finances are short right now. But the price is just about to good to pass on. The T1 is about $40 cheaper than Factory direct trains. BLI service has been top notch in the past for me. I would not hesitate to grab some.
