I have found that the MAAS is the best out of all my cleaning agents including the $99.00 Tony's clean machine. I cut 6" or 7" long strips of old cotton t-shirts, approx 2 1/2 " wide and wrap them around a small block of wood, similar to a brite boy or the brite boy it self. Apply the MAAS to the long narrow bottom of the block and drag across the rail head. Allow to slightly dry and wipe off with an untreated t-shirt material wrapped around the block. This way you don't over apply beyond the tracks.
