I tested it out and ended up purchasing it. All the parts were in place and the load compsenstation was indeed disabled by BLI because of MTH dispute. It is not an issue with me. <br /> <br />The M1a did have a fake coupler held in place (Front pilot) by a pair of "clips" I suppose one could remove the fake coupler and install a Kaydee Coupler on there but it will require surgery similar to the Athearn Genesis coupler. <br /> <br />I am not going to make a thread except that I [V] of engine makers who are willing to create a 300 dollar machine yet fail to include a working front coupler. That is not acceptable to me. And that is all I have to say about it in a nice way. [soapbox]
