Fergie-How did you do it? Cold turkey?I have been smoking for the better part of 40 years and have tried many times to quit.Either I haven't found a method that works or I don't want to quit.It seems like when I do try to quit I find an excuse to start again.Sounds lame doesn't it?I know it's not doing me any good and I can be saving a lot of money. So how about a challenge? You've been off smokes for 13 years-how about helping me kick the habit?I know I can use the help.My wife smokes so she's no help.NJ Bob
