2008 Toowoomba Model Train Exhibition Exhibits.
Posted by Teditor on Friday, June 6, 2008 4:40 AM

The complete list of Exhibits for the 2008 TMTEX is now on the clubs website - ddmrc.com - we are still having some difficulties with the site and have not been able to post the floorplan.

If you would like the floor-plan emailed to you, please advise us through the Contact Us link on the website.

The 2008 TMTEX is to be held on Sat 14th and Sunday the 15th June, full details can also be found on the website.

We also have a pre-event display in Shop 23 at the Wilsonton Shopping Centre in Toowoomba if you are in the area, this will be open tomorrow - Sat 9am-3pm, Sun 10am-1pm, closed Monday, 9am-5pm Tues/Wed, 9am-7pm Thursday, 9am-3pm Friday 13th.

This has been placed on here just in case - you never know who might be visiting and would like the information, we actually have an assistant exhibitor from England.

Voucher Offer

As a special gift, and also to see how much use our website is getting in promoting our annual exhibition, we are offering a voucher for $1.00 off the admission price to the exhibition. The voucher will entitle the holder to receive $1.00 off either an Adult or Concession admission. You will only be able to use one voucher each, but every person in your party will be able to present one.

Go to the website - ddmrc.com - and follow the instructions.

Hey! with evidence that you came from the States, see me and I will give you a $2.00 discount, drivers licence and birth certificate not necessary.

Where the heck is Toowoomba?  If you tell, I might let out the secret of where Gualala is, where I saw a hat saying "where the he__ is Gualala.  (Stay/eat at St. Orres!)

South of the border, down Australia way!

Travel to Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, turn right, go 90 miles or there abouts, you will see the lights on the hill, you can't miss it, it's amazing just how many Americans drop in.

Now - where is Gualala?

Gualala is two to three hours drive north of San Francisco, California on state highway #1 along the Pacific Coast.
