I was looking at the Athearn website today and they show a BN F45 in 3 road numbers available Nov 08! Has anyone seen where we can pre-order some?

Shop around with the internet dealers. That is where I have seen the best prices.
I will say this; the current run was announced 4April of last year, and I will finally get mine next week, so it seems there is about a 1 year turnaround on the Genesis products. The only thing is that the tooling is already there, so you may actually see them in November.
Since this run was just announced, it may take several weeks before you can pre-order them. I plan on pre-ordering ATSF 5941 in yellow/blue.
