You might be pressed for space between the lower branches and the top of the box for O scale stuff, unless it is a really short box... I'd order through my local shop, but I don't know where your local shop is [;)] Should be a great layout, since 1) you have permission to buy stuff! and 2) you have about 11 months to do it...
