Cleaning station

There was a article in MR magazine about servicing steam engins, I dont know what issue it was. I have been looking for the washing station that they had and cant find one anywhere. I was wondering if anyone knows where to get one or how to make it.

Nothing is better that a big old Union Pacific Challenger or Big Boy rumbling the ground as it roars by! Modeling the CB&Q in the 1930's in Nebraska
