chief--you couldnt be more right, when i got shot it split my breastbone in half almost, will never forget that pain. And of course it was done again, i tell you that is some horrible pain, its almost imbearable, but they have me on a morphine drip, i can just press the little button every 10 min if needed, and i need to. Plus the nurse is keeping my full of something so i dont feel much. They moved me to a regular room and now i can have my laptop, so i now will be online some, when I am not passed out. or too loopy from the drugs. The doc told me i will be able to leave tomorrow. I couldnt believe this, i would have thought id be here longer. This is good cuz the hospital food sucks, and i miss my trains, oh and jenny. I mean jenny then trains, ya. I guess i had a blod clot to but they did something all i know is i cut stitches on my legs too. I must have picked to older persons side cuz all my nurse's are 50+ were are the young cute bubbly ones. Oh well .Jenny told me that i aint here to look at nurses, i tried to argue the point but lost.[;)] They tell me this new thing in my chest is better and its been improved, but i will have to keep being monitored and have to get a new battery in 8 yrs, i feel like some dang cheap toy. All n all im okay now, i am now wheelchair bound though, atleast for a little while, i cant get my legs to work right.. But im alive. for now. I have to come back in a month and they want to do this tumor removal. they tell me its almost a in and out thing, might stay 2-3 days and then go home. Crazy, still not thrilled about someone going in and tickeling my brain. I guess theres room to do so,lol. well maeds are kicking in tomorrow is a bunch of of my legs. so much fun.
