I have to get the athearn frame soon since nobody knows whats going to happen to them. I mentioned earlyer that I will also make a MT4 for my AS&N, I'll use a Atlas GP38 for that even though Conrail used GP10s for them. The September 2003 Railroas Model Craftsman has a article on building a CR SD38 from scrach. Thanks for telling me about the RMC nfmisso I heard about it but forgot what date it was.
