BNSF Heritage Green
Posted by mikesmowers on Sunday, December 16, 2007 10:28 AM
Last week I ordered some PollyScale BNSF Heritage green paint thinking it was the color of the green on the BN locos and rolling stock. I was wrong, it is more of an Olive Drab, Where did BNSF use this color, Box cars etc.?  Thanks.                  Mike

BNSF used this color on the along the top of the locos, the hand rails, walk ways, and on top of the hood.

For some reference photos go to www.locophotos.com or  www.trainpix.com.
