they were going to charge for the fallen flags that they have the rights to, but they just lost that fight in court. last i heard, they will not be able to enforce their copywright on all the fallen flags. <br /> <br />someone on the Atlas forum posted links to the court cases, but atlas is down till the 5th. <br /> <br />i wonder if Athearn is going to issue a refund to all of us that bought UP fallen flags locomotives that they jacked up the prices on due to this UP bull?
