You know what I'd like to see......

......one of you computer smart guys create a program online where someone can go on and create their own signs in HO or any other scale.

I was looking at a picture of the area that I am modeling and started thinking about how I am going to create the signs of the name of that curtain location, and then I thought that it would be so nice to just go online and find a sign template that is all ready to scale size and all I have to do is pick out the font, color, and letters, then just print it out on my printer.

What do you guys think?

What kind of stuff would you like to see created to make your modeling easier?

It's a lot easier than you think.  I do all of my signs in Microsoft PowerPoint.  I can even do the PRR keystone station signs that way.  I print the station signs on matte photo paper and mount them on the structures with white glue.

Signs can be created with almost any word processing or graphics program.

Word

Excel

MSPaint

Powerpoint

Used all of them.

Couple of sign makers in this list.

You can use MS Paint to make signs.
