Great PCM warranty service

Just a note to advise other model railroaders that BLI/PCM provided great warranty and customer service.  When I had problems with my PCM HO Alco PA1 and PB1 lashup (models 360 and 362), they promptly responded to my queries on the BLI/PCM website and advised me to mail both engines in for warranty repairs.   Turnaround was two weeks at their Ormond Beach, FL facility.  Both engines had repair forms enclosed with full explanations of services performed.  Engines work flawlessly now.  These were the first repairs I needed from BLI/PCM after purchasing several BLI DCC/sound engines over the past three years.  I have had to send other locos to their manufacturers for warranty repair but none were as responsive or prompt as BLI/PCM.

I have received great service from the BLI/PCM Customer repair group also.

Cheers

That is great to know.  I have heard of others with good reports.  But condsidering how often people get the run around in life, still nice to see it, or read about good service
