Hello,

      What is the easiest way to install HO truck Springs.

Stab the spring near its top end with an Xacto no. 11 blade, place the bottom end of the spring over a post in the sideframe, compress the spring downward with the blade, align the top end of the spring with the matching post on the bolster, decompress the spring and slide the blade out.

You're discovering why I stopped using sprung trucks. Those little springs fly off, never to be seen again.

I find you can put a thread of small string feed it thrue the spring and if it goes flying you wont lose it
