Actually my wife, who used to cook professionally, is the grand "mad scientist" experimenter in the kitchen and nearly everything she congers up is excellent. She loves kitchen gadets and appliances and is always pleased to get them for Christmas or any other time. And who benefits from all this kitchen expertise?
