I bought my system 6 months after the club did, but prior to that we ran an old Mann-Made ctc system, I still have an encoder around here somewhere. It was small for its day, but still it was HUGE. It almost took a shoe horn to install it into an old wide body Athearn GP9!!</p><p>But now we are running a portable modular layout that is almost 60 x 100 now. A can't imagine what it would be like trying to adapt a dc cab system to a layout this size, where the size fluctuates from show to show!</p><p> </p>
