<p>I will check that tonight.</p><p>I emailed Rapido and they said that it may be that the underframe was warped due to the packaging being "too tight". He said I could dissassemble the car, steam bend the underframe and re-assemble. Or I could send it in to be fixed. </p><p>I was thinking that it may be easiest to use washers on the low end to raise the trucks and thus raise the low coupler. But I haven't had time to fully explore the nature of the problem.</p><p>I would like to try a simple solution first. A little disappointed though. It was the most expensive rolling stock I had ever bought. </p>
