 I don't really want to call. I just have a minor problem. I too have no interest in converting to DCC. One of my locomotives keeps on coasting after I rotate the knob all the way to the left.

Have you had any luck contacting Ken?  I'm guessing that with a lot of model railroaders using DCC, Ken's throttles may no longer be available.  The one that I have is still working well, even after many years of use.  I have no interest in DCC for my layout, but don't begrudge friends who have graduated to DCC, as some of those layouts are enormous.

Has anyone accessed Ken Stapleton's website lately?  I cannot seem to get through to checkout the troubleshooting guide.
