Looking for round DPDT rocker switches
Posted by Benjamin Maggi on Monday, April 16, 2018 3:40 PM

I am looking for some small round rocker switches that I can mount on my layout fascia or perhaps the top surface of my layout to control my Tortoise switch machines. Round ones will make it easier to slip into round house. Need to be DPDT, with on/on capability (no center off). I read somewhere of someone using them, but cannot find the link. Anyone know of a source for these?

Thanks.
Ben

Digikey or Ebay

Ken Patterson recesses them in his fascia.  No idea in which video he shows that.

 Something like this from E-Switch?

https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/e-switch/RRA1GC1100/EG4770-ND/2116249

They have DPDT with no center off as an option.

Same manufacturer as the lighted pushbuttons they used on Canadian Canyons. Which I will be using with my homemade servo controllers as well.

Thanks. I contacted the vendor on Ebay and those switches are on/on, which means that they will work perfectly. Unfortunately, he is away on vacation for several weeks, so my order will need to wait.
