Wiring Problem

I've run into some wiring problems on my layout. In the past, I've used Atlas layouts where they tell you how to do everything.  Now I’m freelancing and getting a better understanding of what trial & error is.
I'm testing using DC controller Tech4 MRC280. I'll switch to DCC once I get the bugs out.
I'm using Atlas Snap-Switch code 100 nickel silver turnouts.
The problems:
Turnout A in the southeast corner, when connected to the tracks to north and east causes the overload light to come on. Testing with multimeter shows no power to tracks over the entire layout. If I disconnect one track, it doesn’t matter which one, power is available.
Section B connects 2 turnouts.  When connected, overload.
There are no connections to the bus in the southeast section.
This is above my skill level so I would appreciate any advice.

A is a reverse loop where the track folds back onto itself. You can visualize the mismatched polarities where black connects to red and red connects to black. Since you are operating in DC, this will require a DPDT toggle switch to reverse polarities inside the loop while the train is inside the loop. Also, you will need to isolate the reverse loop from the rest of the layout by adding gaps.

B is a simple crossover between two tracks with matching polarities. Apparently, you have miswired the crossover. Assuming that you have added feeders to power the crossover, try flipping the two feeder wires.

Thanks.  I missed that on A.  It also looks like B is feeding into the reverse.  I do not have any bus connections in that area.  The only connection are above the area.  So I should isolate that connection also.

On the diagram, I've drawn lines where I think the isolators should be.  Am I correct?

I'm using DC just to get the connections straight.  I have a Digitrax Zephyr xtra that I will setup next.  

Is best way to handle it to use a toggle switch or setup a power district with a booster & auto reverse module?

Appreciate the help.

In section/switch B, if the switches have powered frogs and change polarity with the switch points, the two swtches cannot be connected to each other through the crossover. Using insulating joiners on the diverging routes of the switches will fix the problem.
