Tsunami - the missing prime mover

I have a Kato F40 PH with Tsunami T1000 sound decoder. The prime mover sound has disappeared. All the other sounds work. Help!

Reset the decoder. CV8, enter 8. Cycle power to track. Should run on address 3.
