Hello, I have a Northern FeF3 of Athearn DCC and sound . The problem is that the decoder is not installed , and I have no picture of the connections . Can someone help me.

Some clarification will help. "The decoder is not installed": You have the decoder but it's not installed? Or, the decoder is installed but not connected?
According to the Athearn website their FEF-3 comes with a "factory-installed DCC sound board with dual speakers". So, it should already be set up and ready to go.
Is your locomotive operating properly but sound is not? Lastly, are you operating on DC, or DCC?

The decoder is in three parts. Sound decoder comes from MRC intalled inside the tender,the other two parts comes from Athearn and was installed inside the boiler.
