The Digitrax Zephyr Xtra is DCS 51
Set OpSw 39 to "c" (closed) to reset the DCS 51 to its original factory settings.

You need to take your Zephyr out of the booster setting. If you don't have it connected to a command station the display will blink. Check pages 47-48 in your manual. You will need to set OPSW 2 back from "c" to "t" to reset your Zephyr as a command station.

Those childproof ones sometimes defy explanation and logic.
