QSI sound decoder

QSI sound decoder

I have a older SD-40-2 with sound it just stopped after further looking the board has a burnt spot on it here is is a QSI sound card with a number on the  board  SV2904 is that a good number the chip in it is Ho 102f07 SD-40-2 (c)2004 qsi is there a upgrade to this chip?  

Does anyone know where I might find this decoder I have emailed Broadway Limited and they haven't responded

Roadie,

Since QSI made the decoder, you might try contacting them directly.  Equally important: Do you know how the board got singed?

I don't know how it got fried and I have sent QSI a e-mail also with no response for two days
